- Individual action plan-How do I want to feel? - My why
- The addiction brain, understanding one's sugar/food addiction, codependency etc. i.e. different outlets.
- "The desert walk" - Trust
- Identification of triggers (Risk situations/ Festivals).
- Identification Triggers including emotional triggers.
- Raise awareness and understand the link between emotions and eating/drinking, behavior.
- The different zones of living. How to stop your loss of control & mental obsession.
- Several tools to promote the calmness system, reduce stress. e.g. Clinical EFT, KMT (body awareness training), meditation, gratitude.
- Consequences
- Methods/tools for cravings (cravings)
Step 2: In-depth Behavior Change & Self-Management - Relapse Prevention
- Getting started: What behaviors do I want to change?
- In-depth Clinical EFT-addressing your inner barriers to change.
- Codependency.
- My needs/boundary setting
- Tools/Solutions- Warning signals
- Stop running away from yourself/start "living in yourself".
- Acceptance / Grief
- The forgiveness process.
- Shame/Guilt
- Honesty
Step 3: In-depth Self-Management & Future Planning, Stabilization phase

- In-depth Co-dependency
- Food as medicine-nutrition
- What is PAA, and how do I deal with it?
- How can I continue to live a drug-free life?
