EFT - FOR WHOM?

EFT works well for all types of problems with an emotional basis, such as stress, pain, negative thoughts, traumatic memories and stuck behavior patterns. What these problems have in common is that the body's stress response (fight, flight or freeze) is activated.

Once we work through the root problem with EFT and distance ourselves from it, we reinforce positive feelings and new thought patterns that create long-lasting changes. EFT is easy to use on your own once you learn the basics, but sometimes extra support is needed to see and work through the underlying causes more clearly.

For more complex challenges such as anxiety, depression, phobias or PTSD, I recommend seeking professional guidance and support, which I also offer. I provide treatment both in face-to-face sessions and online, and also offer group sessions where you don't have to share specific details of your problem.

EFT has been successfully used in crisis areas internationally and is an excellent complement to medical and psychological treatment. The method is safe with few and mild side effects.
